They place ads for finding both clients and workers. Companies that only search for workers or companies that only search for clients are not a good choice. In the former case it could be a scam to attract workers willing to pay an upfront fee. In the latter, the company doesn’t need workers, possibly because it outsources the work or already has many employees. A serious company will also have a real office and its address and telephone number on its website.
